Yes, bought from their ali express store and it came damaged, a bunch of the RGB LEDs were broken off the board.
I asked for a refund and they fought and fought. Offered me a couple bucks for repair, it would have cost $30-40 to get it repaired so I told them they should cover it and they refused.
Eventually ali express stepped in and told them to refund and they did after complaining some more.
I shipped it back and it took MONTHS to get to China then it got lost and returned to sender.
I sent messages asking what they wanted to do with it and after months got no reply so eventually I just sold it to a friend for the cost of shipping.
Never would I buy directly, only through Amazon or maybe ali.
