Thickest would be my manual wind Panerai at 15mm. Thinnest would be my Cartier Santos Dumont L at 7.3mm… but it’s Quartz.
My MontBlanc heritage salmon comes in at 11.6mm as my thinnest Mechanical.

Might be a hot take here…
But I’d legit sell every single one except the Bulova on the top right & 1 of the G-shocks.
The Bulova & G-shock can serve as a daily watch, eventually the Bulova can be serve as your dress watch.
With what money you recouped, save a bit more and buy a Tudor. Like a Used BB58.
Branding/marketing - simple as that.
Amongst the watch community they’re recognized and typically held very high. But in reality the average citizen hasn’t a clue they exist.
In the world of marketing they haven’t established themselves as a luxury product to the masses. No sponsor ships all race tracks, no giant billboards all over the city, no stand alone store in the malls.
Something about Longines putting the 5 star Amazon rating on the dial just rubs me the wrong way. It’s not downright terrible - but I’m just not seeing the relevance or need for it.
Would have rather them ditch the stars and just leave nothing or write COSC Certified

CHRONOMETER
I wouldn’t say having preferences is unusual, but it Is unusually strict that you’ve ruled off watches with bezels, chronographs or any complication aside from a date.
Santos Dumont is the answer.
The look of a santos, refined into a classy thin dress watch like that of a Tank.
They’re not recognized as exorbitant wealth like Rolex, Patek or AP in modern culture. All of the biggest celebrities usually have one of these 3 on their wrist.
The average consumer can’t put 1:1 and recognize them as a expensive product because they’re not found in every major mall. Like Omega, TAG & Breitling… even brands like Tissot & Citizen capitalize on this.
You can buy a older 39mm Speedmaster for about $1500
Pretty solid entry
I went though 3 Panerai’s (104, 000 then 111) because I just wasn’t happy with the previous one for some reason or another.
