    These other clowns are just plain wrong. Quality issues are important to vans. All it takes is an email and a couple of photos attached. Here is from one I did last week on a pair of skate eras that gave me blisters.

    Thank you for contacting Vans! We are sorry to hear about the problem you are experiencing, and we would like to make it right! We offer a 1 season warranty for faulty items, not including standard wear and tear or sizing issues. If you believe your product needs to be reviewed for warranty, please fill out the information requested below:

    Attach photos of the following:

    The issue with the product.

    A full photo of the product, including the soles of shoes.

    A photo of the receipt. If proof of purchase is unavailable, we will review the claim and all photos to determine warranty eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

    Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of your claim for processing. We kindly request that you do not dispose of the product unless your warranty claim has been reviewed and you’ve been instructed to do so. You will be contacted by a member of the Vans Team via email with the result of your warranty claim. If the warranty is approved you will receive a Vans gift card to be used towards a replacement on Vans.com or at a Vans retail store.
