Eyeliner that’s dark. It makes my whole eye area look dark and she’s me by like 20yrs. I have very hooded eyes which is likely why.
Lighter colours are ok and metallics are ok but black and dark brown are just too dark.

I put it on in a couple of spots and tap it into place. Then I find a finishing powder helps it crease less. Also I watched someone on YouTube apply it very specifically to just the dark areas (she was very careful not to apply it anywhere else because if you apply it to the light areas it emphasizes the dark areas).
I only wear foundation if I’m going out and want to get dolled up.
I’m 42 and just don’t have the time for a full face of makeup.
You don’t. If it’s on your teeth it might be due to how you applied it.
I can’t do the matte no transfer stuff because it ways too drying on my lips so I just try to drink from the same spot on my cups and eat like normal. I reapply during and/or forwards the end of my meal and that’s it.
I wanted some nice neutral stuff to enhance my looks and they were really nice to me as well (34 at the time).
Maybe just pick one feature you want to try and practice? I’ve always loved eyeshadow and did that first. Then I moved to lips and now blush.
Mascara and a plum/ maybe lip thing of some kind. I now include eyebrows because mine are full but invisible.
When I want to up the intensity I’ll add blush.
You do you. At the end of the day please yourself and screw anyone who says otherwise.
