Yeah that’s a tricky mix of criteria—maybe take pics if weatherproof boots/shoes that look/are comfortable, and run them past your supervisor so you don’t waste money. I can’t imagine they want you to get frostbite so those chukkas or Timberlands will pass muster. I’ll add these gore tex ones that are definitely waterproof.

Definitely rotate between at least two or three pairs, so shoes can dry out in between wears. Letting them dry out will enable them to last longer too.
Mise kitchen shoes are recommended but they are spendy. Maybe take a look at their soles online, then look for shoes with a similar sole pattern. I was gonna say deck shoes, but they aren’t comfortable like you need.
Salomon is a stylish brand and shoes are very lightweight. I don’t know about durability because I only wear mine to the gym, but they’ve lasted 10 years so far.

Here & there. I’ve had patent leather peel off (18 yrs old), and the soles of some seldom worn Dansko clogs came unglued while I was wearing them (15 years)—they weren’t even sewn! A layer of fake leather mesh is flaking off my North Face hiking shoes, but otherwise they’re fine (~ 10 yrs old).
The worst are shoes I wear to concerts—they wear out in a year or three because of all the standing—they lose their cush.
I have shoes that have lasted 15-20 years. Just don’t wear them every day. Or even two days in a row. They need time to dry out & recover between wears.
Nike has saturated the market, so overrated.
You’re young. If you work, your job allows you to wear comfortable shoes.
If you live near a Nordstrom, those people are trained in measuring both feet, in width and length. And they have a huge selection of shoes. Absent that, I imagine other stand-alone brand name stores—Red Wing, Clarke’s, Ecco, Hugo Boss—will have the contraption too.
