I’m just about ready to give up on mascara and just get eyelash extensions because my lashes are short and straight and I need to use waterproof mascara but it’s SO hard to remove!!
And I’m not good at makeup and I have a job interview coming up 😂

I’m with everyone who says Revlon lipsticks. They come in a ton of colours, are available pretty much anywhere, have a great texture, and are quite inexpensive. They’re better than a lot of higher end stuff as well as pro theatrical stuff. Sorry, Graftobian and Ben Nye, your sticks suck compared to these. The only complaint I have is I do need to keep reapplying them, but I’m not sure if that’s their formula or my super dry skin. :/ I go through lip balm something fierce.
A lot of Wet 'N Wild lipsticks are really good, too. I used to love their Fantasy Makers sticks. These were the ones that came in a super basic clear tube. The packaging is better now, but the sticks inside aren’t quite as good. :( They have some available on Amazon for less than a buck fifty a pop. I’m using a burgundy shade from them and it’s amazing. Right up there with Revlon. It was 99c on Amazon.
Wet 'N Wild kohl eyeliner pencils. They’re only a buck a pop, for starters, and they sharpen well and glide easily over skin. Once again, they’re better than a lot of higher end stuff that’s out there.
Essence make me brow (i think that’s what it’s called? Their brow mascara), it the GOAT, it looks so natural.
Rimmel true Matt powder, Rimmel lasting radiance foundation and concealer, L’Oréal lash paradise mascara, the collection gorgeous glow face palette and shimmer block.
Maybelline True Color pressed foundation. I keep trying to find a new one to replace it (just because I want to try something new) but I keep going back. It’s the perfect natural coverage and wear. Also great for touchups.
