Expensive isn’t always better. Drug store makeup has stepped their game up and is sometimes better. L’Oreal lipstick is veryyyy similar to YSL because they own YSL. A few people have done comparisons with both and can barely tell difference.
Practice with cheaper eyeshadow palates. Milani is inexpensive but works amazingly and one of my fav brands.
God I remember in like mid 2000s their stuff was all $1 but their eyeshadow used to be complete trash. It was so hard and barely any pigment. They have come a long way
I found a brand I love on tiktok called Uniglitter. Clear base and soooo many pretty options from chunky glitter to shimmers. Look them up online and also tiktok if you want to see them swatch it in all lighting. I like to support small businesses and I buy a lot of their holiday glitters and stuff.
I used to love their matte primer but now it breaks me out like crazy with huge zits that never gets a head. I was wondering what was causing it. I ran out and I’m using another one and now my skin has improved so much. It makes me sad because I do like how it works, it just breaks me out so bad.
I have one good pallet from them that I got as a gift years ago and I still use it today. It’s a contour/bronzer/eyeshadow thing that smells like chocolate and it’s my eyeryday go to because helps me achieve natural look without having to pull out too many pallets. But that’s about it. I tried getting an eyeshadow palette and the formula was so different than my main hoe. Maybe because it was older it was better idk.
When I go after work, no. The sinks don’t have warm water just cold water. I don’t get acne from working out and sweating with makeup on.
