  • I can’t form an opinion on your make up without any specifics and examples.

In what way does it look bad in pictures? What are the key differences between what you see in the mirror vs. In the camera? Like, does your skin look dry and textured on camera compared to real life? Is the issue with lower vibrancy of your eyeshadow? Do you look washed out?

There could be a couple reason for the differences.

It could be that your camera isn’t great for selfies, my bf’s old phone used to elongate his face for instance while my mum’s phone makes all the reds look pink.

You may also look awesome irl but washed out in pictures because the camera doesn’t pick up your blush/bronzer/contour. It may look natural and pretty irl but it’s not enough for the camera to pick it up.

It could also be that you do your make up in one setting in front of a specific light source and you look great. And if you take pictures in another place in a different light, it may look less flattering

There’s so many different theories that could explain your issues

I think the lipstick shade looks lovely on you in the second picture but i’m not a fan of your application. I think it would look better if you didn’t overline your lips and if you applied it a lil more neatly. And maybe a little highlighter in the inner corners would freshen up the look.

The first one gives me I-just-cried-but-still-look-good vibes which is fun.

The third one is my least favourite as there’s nothing special about it imo. It’s not bad but it doesn’t make my eyes go 🤩. It would probably be the best daytime look for you :)
