This was about to be me if i didnt stop looking at black friday deals. I seen atleast 3 i wanted. A keychron V1, Epomaker m75 and finally the akko 5075S. I got the akko since i already had keycaps and switches and it was $41.

Guessing you didnt use the “contact us” at the top of their website? Fill out the form and if they either dont refund you or send you replacements then do a charge back. I bought mine off mechcables but beware you probably wont find anything quality for less than $40. I ordered the bare minimum length i needed with nothing special like detachable cables (Literally just a red/black coiled cable) and it ended up being almost $50.
