In my experience, any shade of brown is too brown for me but I’ll take a look. Thanks!

Ohh thanks for the suggestion! I’ll have to check that out in person soon. For me black isn’t usually too dark, it’s just that the blue undertones add too much sheen for it to look natural. I’ve never fully been able to figure my stuff out but I think I’m either a cool or neutral pale olive (with green eyes and really dark brows and lashes) so finding shades that work for me in different products is always a frustrating mystery.
I’m so mad that they’re the only one I’ve been able to find with a soft black eyebrow product. My eyebrows are black but not blue black and it’s impossible to find anything that works for me. The kybrow kits aren’t even good but it’s what I’m stuck with because no one else seems to make the shade I need.
In addition to what everyone else has said as far as dementia, just physically I think it’d be tough to do her lashes. A lot of older people have blepharoptosis (drooping of the eyelids) and it probably wouldn’t be exactly safe or even necessarily possible to do that because her lids would probably have to be physically held out of the way the whole time.
