The cheaper, the better. I’ve tried Kat Von D, Estée Lauder and I’m using Rimmel as liquid foundation, but they don’t cover all of my freckles.

Any powder, concealer and how you use them would be great!

Thanks

Maybelline Superstay active wear foundation. That shit covered my sins. Pair it with the powder if you need MORE coverage. I generally find their superstay line to be varying degrees of full coverage. I use just the powder if I want some light full coverage, the skin tint if I want medium full coverage and the foundation if I need to cover absolutely everything.

I use Maybelline bb tinted foundation #120. I put it on with a brush. It evens out my complexion, but the freckles still show, on purpose!

Damn freckles! All these make up ads I see covering up tattoos make me laugh when they can’t even cover up my freckles

Same. I’ve been on the hunt for the most full coverage foundation for the past 3 years to cover my freckles and I’ve yet to find it. I’ve tried Estée Lauder dw, kvd good apple balm and serum foundation, IT cosmetics cc cream, dermablend, and none of them cover my freckles. I don’t think there’s anything out there that can truly cover them and it’s so frustrating because some of them are advertised to cover tattoos but can’t hide freckles 😭

I’ve just accepted them. No other choice. I tried covering them when I was younger & it would require a very cakey, unnatural look.

It’s hard to cover freckles but a really good concealer is bye bye under eyes by it cosmetics and using color correction like red orange pink green depending on the color of ur freckles. But you can fade them a lot with a strict skincare routine of peels, retinols vitamin c and high heavy spf no sun exposure what so ever. I hate that your trying to cover them though:( hope this helps

I use maybelline fit me foundation dewy finish cuz the matte one dries me out too much. That plus color correcting with a nyx cc palette and elf hydrating camo concealer works pretty well for me. But I have never managed to cover them 100%. I, just like you, wish I could have completely clear skin sometimes. But I dislike the way full coverage foundation and too much product feels on my face.

I recommend user @gabxxrielle on Instagram. She has freckles and always manages to cover them up. I’d take this with a grain of salt, though, because the full coverage foundation and heavy product usually looks better on camera than it does irl, but you might be able to find some good recommendations on her page.

I use Sephora’s bright future gel serum concealer when I need to cover a blemish and that hides my freckles too, but if my skins clear enough I just do eye and lip makeup bc I like freckles, on me and on other people. I’ve only ever been complimented on my freckles, I never realized they were a “bad” feature until I read the Narnia books, there’s a passing line in one of them that mentions a freckled girl negatively. I just assumed that it was an old fashioned, British thing to not love freckles. But now they’re selling freckle pens bc people wanna be us 🤷‍♀️

I actually hate that people draw and tattoo freckles! the only reason I think I don’t like them (in somewhat okay with them now) is because I was bullied all through primary and high school for having them. One girl wrote on the table I used to sit at on lunch, “you’re an ugly freckled face fuck” when I was 14.

That’s terrible, I’m sorry that happened to you ☹️I wanna share the freckle love, a toddler I used to babysit asked ‘why do you have DOTS? I want dots!” and one time the ski lift attendant was flirting and said they’re a sign of intelligence 😂 idk about that tho

I don’t try. Im almost 50 and mine are mostly faded looking. I just use a bb cream to even things out but my face will always look a bit muddy because of them. I’ve never been bullied about them. So sorry that happened to you! A smooth face is just not my lot in life. I don’t understand pale girlies with smooth skin. Don’t you freckle if you’re pale?
