There’s a Pat MCGrath mothership palette, Celestial Nirvana, that people have found at Marshall’s for a great price. I have it, it has gorgeous bright colors and more muted. She would love it! Also Colourpop is great, I got a liner set with 10 or 12 different colors, I think it was 50% off. I love their palettes, so many to chose from!
I have kind of the same issue, the skin on my body is very orangey but I’ve been using sunscreen on my face every day and feel like my face is more neutral. I just got a Haus labs foundation that is neutral with peach undertones, and I use bronzer around my face
I got a CT pillowtalk kit from Nordstrom, I think it was $54. It’s supposed to work for most skin tones…
I have a mix of higher and lower end brushes, but I know a few influencers use brushes from Amazon that are really inexpensive for a large set.
Rephyr, BK and I just got a really soft fluffy brush by Real Techniques that wasn’t expensive (blush/bronzer)
Agreed I ordered the full bottle and concealer when the early access sale kicked in. It was hard because all 3 shades worked!
Haus labs will send a set of 3 foundation shades to try at home and if you buy it they credit the $12 to the purchase. They are nice little glass bottles that are 2-4 applications each.
Hempz has a really good lip balm, smells yummy too (I have the pumpkin chai latte)
Try Colourpop 11:11… I love this and I have orangy skin.
